This is one of our best selling wines and seems to always be on the verge of selling out! We try to make as much as we can, but it never seems to be enough. Black Raspberry folded gently with a light Merlot make this wine special. Not a fancy wine, instead a nice well balanced wine offering something perfect for those who prefer their wine slightly sweeter. As we were bottling this wine three different clients came in and we offered them a taste from the bottler. We sold 3 cases that day and it has been a hit ever since. This wine is really a fun wine to have particularly for the Holidays.

Here is where sideways meets the high bush country! One of our retail clients said this wine "Blue" her away, it was that good. We agree. The Pinot Noir is exactly as you would expect: a slight kiss of sweetness with a delightful dip of cherry and spice. The blueberry flavor is slightly understated, yet comes through softly and subtly making for an almost perfect blend.

Thanksgiving is the perfect season for Cranberry. This wine leaves much to be thankful for! The blend of Malbec and Cranberry infusion screams Thanksgiving Dinner. Malbec is the star of the show with the refined hints of chocolate and cherry. The cranberry is in the support role with slight acidity and tartness. It’s like a Hershey chocolate kiss sweet tart. This wine was the Gold Medal winner at the Florida State Fair. The crispness of Sauvignon Blanc is combined with a slight Kiwi Flavor and lots of Bosc Pear for added flavor. This wine is very soft and gentle.

This is one of our more traditional wines that offers a lot of cherry fruit flavor and it is pleasant to drink . But it is graceful with medium body and surprising backbone with a spicy finish. Made in the same style as the '01 Cabernet. We feel as though it exhibits what traditional merlot drinkers like. Soft and round with no bitter bite. Medium color and nice oak.

A round chardonnay blended with the fruit flavors of peach and apricot has brought us one of our most popular wines. The silkiness of the chardonnay (without any oak) is enhanced with a fuzzy peach flavor Lower in alcohol and lighter than most of our wines, this wine is also called our "Hot Tub wine". It was two years in the making for this special dessert wine that is finally in a bottle! Lots of Dark Belgian Chocolate seep from the glass. Very pronounced port flavors. This is a very smooth and silky wine, with the classic smoky flavor of our port style wines.

A tropical blend of Pinot Grigio and juicy ripe pineapple are the basics of what makes up our unique Tropical Storm. We were blending this wine when Tropical Storm Debbie was lashing at our Gulf Coast Beaches for 3 days. It seemed to be a great name for one of our newest wines!

This wine is a crazy blend of Red Zinfandel and Pomegranate. The Zinfandel brings structure and spice to the party. The Pomegranate has the corner on the texture and adds a deep richness to this amazing wine. When we first bottled this wine it was slightly flabby and it did not have many distinctive flavors. After sitting in the bottle for the past year, the wine has really blossomed. It is now time for this wine to show its true potential. It has many characteristics of a very young old vine Zinfandel.

Our Mango is called ZoZo Mango to remind us of our 15 year old Shih Tzu who passed last year. Zoe's nickname was ZoZo. We remember her in our newest wine: ZoZo Mango. The wine has a wonderful aroma of mango and peaches. The mild texture of the Sauvignon Blanc that allows the Mango to show through with a slight sweetness and just a touch of acidity. Serve chilled or on ice for a delightful sip of the tropics in a glass.
